- No pets (owner has dog on premises).
- Check in time between 2 and 8 PM. Please make arrangements for late arrival with reservation request.
- Check out time 11 AM.
- Two night minimum on holidays. Credit card will be charged at reservation.
- Reservation held with one-night deposit on credit card.
- Seven-day cancellation notice needed for a refund; a $10 processing fee is applied on all cancellations.
- Room rates do not include tax.
- Mountain Top is a smoke-free environment (smoking allowed on outside decks).
- Children of all ages are welcome in the cabin.
